Most people have seen the before and after of photos that have been touched up. Have you seen the Hungarian singer who shows the digital work in real time as she sings. Wow.

To the courageous mothers the world over. Happy Mother’s Day!
What gift did your mom give you? Here’s an old post I wrote as a tribute to my mom.

Found this over on Allposters.com! Gotta love a good flowchart.
Hope you enjoyed that, it made me laugh.
I realized today that I haven’t posted anything about “heels” a.k.a. shoes since the blog challenge blogger Princess Scooterpie issued: Post a picture of your favorite non-motorcycle/scooter shoes & one of your motorcycle/scooter boots/shoes. And then I stumbled on Chooze.com!
Chooze Shoes is a company who uses their profits to help lift families permanently from poverty. Check out their mission statement here. The prices seem reasonable. There are toddler, children, and women shoes.
Here’s what makes Chooze shoes unique [taken from their web site}
Here are a few of the shoes they offer!
And my personal favorite!
Let me know if you get a pair! Check Chooze.com out!
P.S. This is NOT a sponsored post.
I’m looking to replace the riding boots I’ve been wearing before next season. Truth be told they are a pair of leather over-the-ankle boot with an inch heel not a true motorcycle boot. >Gasp< They offered protection for this newbie who hadn’t been on an interstate until this season. Which brings me to believe I need new boots. Not to mention I’ve worn the sole out leaving me without traction.
I’ve been on a few sites but not sure what I should get or why. Friends, I’m asking for your recommendations. What motorcycle boots should this novice be looking at? One of the problems I have had is that I have big feet and a normal width. I wear a 10 1/2 – 11 in women’s shoes. TMI?
Can you help a gal out?

I was thinking back to my youth and remembered listening to this song over and over and over again. After playing it today I was reminded of all the women that have shared their stories in my Profile of a Female Motorcyclist series and my heart melted. What a group of incredible women who have faced many challenges and survived, no THRIVED!!
If you are new to the blog check out the category on the right titled, “Lady Riders” and learn about some great women. What makes them fabulous is who they are, great or small, iron butts or scooterists, single or married! They all face life with a contagious enthusiasm and joy.
So what’s missing from these profiles? Maybe it is your story. I’ve had a few women tell me their story is boring, but afterwards they agree they have a voice and something to say. What about your story on how you got on two wheels? I’d love to share it. Leave a comment or email me at pamela.court@gmail.com and let’s add your piece to this mosaic of female motorcyclist!
We are women hear us roar!
