If I’m allowed back on a motorcycle – with the approval of my neurologist of course – this helmet looks awesome. I want one! Have you heard about it?

Well, you could always just wear the helmet for your everyday activities even if you can’t ride for a while…

Thanks for sharing. That looks like a very cool helmet!
Cathy,
Thanks for stopping by today!!
I’ve heard of it, but I am a little worried about people getting distracted while riding.
I know that many already listen to music while riding, and use a GPS and some answer their phones too, but seeing the road behind you whiz by in your field of vision plus seeing it in your mirrors, might be too much.
It would be interesting to hear some real world testimony.
Trobairitz,
You bring up some great points. It would be interesting to see – in a controlled enviroment – what the helmet is like!
I wouldn’t mind testing one, but I like being left alone when riding. Too much going on there for me & I definitely don’t want anyone calling me. I’m sure this will be great for others though.
Pam:
I’m thinking that it may be safer wearing the helmet instead of constantly scanning both of your mirrors to see what is behind. It is probably safer than your car GPS too as with mine I have to look down and then look up again to see the road.
using your phone is a non issue as you don’t have to answer it nor do you have to turn your phone on
If you doctor prescribes it then I guess it will be tax deductible

bob,
Great point about scanning your mirrors. It would be fun to try one out! Never thought about it being a tax deduction.

I love the idea of this helmet, but I wonder if it will be information overload and cause more distractions than I would be comfortable with? I guess you never know until you try!
